While Austin was with Grandma at Oak Mountain this past weekend, we decided to take Aidan and Anson to the zoo.

We stopped to see the sea lion splash show while we were there – what great timing because I have wanted to see this since they added it! I am so glad it only lasted 10 minutes because Aidan did not care for sitting through it – at all!!! I thoroughly enjoyed it – but then again, I wasn’t sitting with Aidan either.

When the splash show was over – and Aidan was back on his feet walking around (so he was happy again), we stopped and fed the geese. Aidan was a little scared of them, so he didn’t help Daddy – but he certainly enjoyed watching Daddy feed them.

It was Anson’s first trip – although I am not sure he really cared too much about going…

After a long day (actually, we really weren’t gone that long – but everything seems long with 2 little ones), we headed home. Anson cried most of the way – I guess Aidan got really tired of listening to him cry!!

We had Anson’s 4 month portraits done last weekend at Aldridge Gardens. Grethel did such an awesome job!!!  Here are a few of my favorites!
